CAN CH THISTLEBRAE KOFFEE TEA OR ME

*Tia*

      Tia (litter sister of Cloud) is my bouncing baby girl. Her day is not complete if she can't get in one jump to give me a kiss. Of course jumping is not really allowed, but somehow Tia manages to sneak one in.   Her other favorite things are chasing squirrels and snoozing on the couch. "Tia" will be bred the summer of 2011 to a Blue Rough male from the famous OVERLAND kennel.

Sweet and gentle are the words which best describe "Cloud" (who is the litter sister to "Tia").

"Cloud" now lives with her best friend
Paula, but will return the summer of 2011 for a litter here at Thistlebrae

Can.Ch. THISTLEBRAE TRUE BLUE

*Madonna*

 

"Madonna's " mother is Ch. THISTLEBRAE KIND of BLUE, and so I could not resist calling her TRUE BLUE,

which is of course a tune sung by Madonna!

 

She has grown into a charming and beautiful dog with the sweetest temperament. Although she loves to run and romp

with the other dogs, her favourite thing is to plunk down in front of any human who is handy, and offer her tummy for a nice belly rub.

Madonna has done well in both Specialty and All Breed shows, gaining her championship as a puppy.

Can Ch THISTLEBRAE LITTLE MS SUNSHINE

*Erin* 

“Erin’s” sweet face catches the eye and the admiration of all visitors to the kennel.  Her spunky nature insures she is always the centre of attention.  She won Best of Breed (pictured below) at the Canadian Collie and Shetland Sheepdog Specialty. "Erin" will be bred in the spring of 2011 to the outstanding rough sable male Can CH Omega High Five.

Can.Am. Ch Overland Thistlebrae Dance with the Stars

*Dancer*

What can we say....."Dancer" is one of the prettiest Smooths we have been fortunate enough to enjoy here at Thistlebrae.

She has now moved to the USA where she lives with her new co-owner junior Mary McAuley.

"Dancer" will be specialed south of the border, and we have plans to breed her the Fall of 2011.

It did not take "Blackie's" granddaughter very long to prove herself in the showring! As a baby puppy of four months, "Devlin" trotted off with BEST PUPPY IN MATCH. Her next trip into the show ring she emerged with a BEST OF BREED win over my special "Sunny". This little gal has what it takes, and she loves to strut her stuff. Needless to say, we have high hopes for "Devlin's" show career.

Sarita Thistlebrae In Anticipation

"Patsy"

 

This lovely tri rough girl is sired by one of today's most prominent collies: Ch OVERLAND IN SUSPENSE. "Miss Patsy" currently has a litter on the ground, and boy are they cute. We hope to breed her one more time before her planned retirement in 2012. "Miss Patsy", who is a litter sister to "Thrill" comes to us courtesy of Dee Bower of SARITA Collies.
